Hey
everyone. I'm back! Real life has been kicking my ass
lately, thus the lack of updates to the site. As usual,
the gals on the
forum have been keeping the Diego love alive and
real! So hugs to all of them.
Now, while I was away neglecting my Diego online homage
duties, it seems he and the wife had another child (last
month). Yay for the them. I hope the family is doing
well. |

It’s a
girl for actors Diego
Luna and
Camila Sodi!
The
couple, who wed in 2008, welcomed daughter
Fiona at 10:15
a.m. on Thursday, July 1 in Mexico City. She weighed 6
lbs.
“We’re
very grateful to everyone who has been thinking of us
and who has respected the intimate moment we’re
experiencing now — the arrival of the family’s newest
member,” the proud parents said in a statement.
Named
after Diego's late mother, who was killed in a
car accident when he was two, Fiona joins big brother
Jerónimo, 22
months.

2010, CANNES, France — With a 2-year-old son and another
child on the way, actor-director Diego Luna has been
thinking a lot about fatherhood lately.
"Abel,"
the "Y tu mama tambien" star's freshman fiction film,
looks at the emotional fallout of a father's
disappearance on his 9-year-old son. The bittersweet
comedy — in which the young protagonist recovers his
speech after retreating into muteness when his father
walks out on the family — debuted at the Cannes Film
Festival on Friday.
"It's a
reflection on paternity. ... Becoming a dad really got
me focused on the issue," the Mexican actor told The
Associated Press in an interview.

I can't
wait to see Diego's latest directorial debut, Abel.
It will show
at the
Cannes Film Festival this year
(May 12 - 23), so it will be some
time before it's out on DVD. |
